FreeNAS right access to data

Hello

i wish to move file from some share, some did work some other don't accept to move this file, the information is about right.
if i do check on the win7 side i have full access for my name as user.

so i did in FreeNAS (FreeNAS-11.3-U3.2)
a new user with all rights, went to Sharing - SMB then selected the share select edit ACL

changed the File-Information to the new uswer select apply permission recursively and save

on the win7 side i see the new user with all rights, but still can't...
