Restore from a task of sincronization with a cloud

Hello everyone,

I would like to know if in case of losing a freenas system, hardware included, I would be able from a fresh install, on other hardware profile, to restore from a cloud backup system, configurating that task with the same configuration(Encryption's).

In this case I am talking about BackBlaze B2 Cloud Backup.

Is this achievable? If yes want may I have in count, e.g. freenas build version?
