Today I finally updated my Freenas 11.1 to Truenas 12.1 (via transit 11.2-12.0 versions) and faced with a strange problem.
Both SMB and NFS shares become accessible only after editing them.
Client's “showmount -e” gives me empty list, but if only I’m editing any of my NFS shares (no changes are made, just edit-save), immediately all shares becomes accessible and mountable:
