Restore app

Hello,

i accidently deleted the config folder on my homeassistant app.
I've found the folder /mnt/Data/ix-applications/backups/system-update--2022-06-03_09:22:52/homeassistant

Is this a backup of my app, and if yes how can it be restored?

If not, are there any other backups that are enabled by default?
