Bugtracker (Jira) account deleted?

I've reported dozens of bugs in the past and now I want to report another one, but the bugtracker doesn't recognise my credentials any longer. Instead it pushes me into creating a new account. So it seems like my account is deleted for whatever reason.

Who to contact regarding this issue?
