Help with state: UNAVAIL

Hi I have freenas with 6 3B raidz2 3 disk fail only 3 are working properly here is the output when I try to import the pool:

root@Home2:~ # zpool import

  state: UNAVAIL

config:

  Home  UNAVAIL  insufficient replicas
  raidz2-0  UNAVAIL  insufficient replicas...

Help with  state: UNAVAIL
