First Time FreeNAS Builder

Hi All

I present to you Yet Another FreeNas build! Hurray!

First of I would like to explain my situation/setup at home:

Currently 1 server running Windows Server 2012 on salvaged parts.
Q6600/Gigabyte prosumer MB/16GB nonECC RAM (was my old gaming rig) in a crappy case
and for my HDD's: JBOD
1x256GB Samsung 830 SSD for the OS
2x 1TB (mirrored using robocopy/nightly task) Samsung SpinPoint=> Most of it are family pictures, documents and my music collection
1x 1TB Samsung SpinPoint for TV...
