In day or so I will get my new server a hp z620 from ebay.
Hp motherboard are equipped whit 6 sata
4 sata 2.0 and 2 sata 3.0
I'm in to if they are separated on two controller so I can let the 4 sata 2.0 passtruth to freenas true vmware esxi
And use the rest to datastore in vmware one ssd and one regular sata 3.5
Have someone tested it or have similar Rigg ?
