New FreeNas build (3 possible builds) - looking for your input

Dear members,

I'm coming to you with a request for help regarding a new Freenas build.

My needs are: centralise all the storage data in my house.

1. Several laptops (3), smartphones and tablets (about 1TB)
2. DVR target for recorded programs (these can get quite large depending on the length and resolution)
3. Plex (transcoding - about 5 streams maximum)
4. Torrent download client
5. Maybe one Windows machine for me to remote access. That way I could use Windows programs on an...
