Help With Proposed Build

Hi everyone. I'm looking for some help with hardware selection for my first FreeNAS build. I'll just be using this as a home server storing mainly video and music files. In time, I expect to expand it's storage capacity to ~20 TB. I already have a case, a power supply, and a few WD Red 3 TB drives. Here's what I'm thinking in terms of CPU, motherboard, and RAM:
