I followed this guide:

to install deluge, it is working fine but my issue is the trackers that I use request version 1.3.5 of deluge is used and it installed 1.3.11, Is there a way to specify what version is installed? can I downgrade?

figured it out, just had to edit the makefile before a new install actually a lot easier than i thought it would be
