USB device no longer shows in iocage jail after FreeNAS 11.2-RC2 update

More problems with iocage after FreeNAS 11.2-BETA3 and my Google-foo continues to fail me.
I've been using an Aeotec Z-Wave USB controller with Home Assistant running in iocage since FreeNAS 11.1. This was still working perfectly in FreeNAS 11.2-BETA3. For as long as I have been using this device it has shown up both on FreeNAS and inside my jail as /dev/cuaU0
