Hi everyone,
I'm getting an error while installing:

Looks like the Avaton family, used in the FreeNAS Mini, many home builds (myself included), and other products may have a potential fatal failure due to the clock generator on the chip.
Not sure if it's been reported or made known to y'all here on the forum, but wanted to share if it hasn't.

I want to use Nextcloud with my domain. So if i type in my domain example nas.myfakedomain.org nextcloud should appear.

I dont wanna use cloudflare as my provider. I have my own host and my own Wildcard SSL Certificate.
By searching there was no option to put in my Wildcard SSL Certificate.
What is the best, safest and easiest way to do this ?

Hi,
I am considering building a rackmount server, but I have run into a problem I can't find any available chassis for the X11SCM-F motherboard. I found the SUPERMICROCSE-813MTQ-350CB at a reasonable price but I don't know whether it's compatible with my motherboard. (Btw. Any other chassis recommendations or input is welcome).

So I've made my own NAS that has a bunch of other functions on CentOS and it's becoming less stable, locks up sometimes with a kernel panic, tried all of the available kernels and none work well, now the bootloader is corrupted. I'm thinking of switching to TrueNAS but I'm used to Linux, not Unix.

I had an odd issue crop up in trying to mount an NFS share on a libvirt/KVM/QEMU virtual machine. I have NFS successfully mounted on other hosts with no issue between my routed networks. I see on the client "access denied by server" on the Rocky Linux 8.5 client, the virtual machine with "mount request from [host] from unpriviledged port". I recently bought a 5700g APU to use with Scale so I can get my VM working.

5700G temperature monitoring is supported with the 5.15 Linux kernel.

Is it possible to update the kernel from within Scale or do I need to rebuild Scale with a newer kernel version? If I have to rebuild, do you have a guide I can follow?

I am going back and forth on a build. I currently run two Cisco C220-M5 in my home; I virtualize VMs with ESXI. I was considering adding a Truenas VM in one of them. I ordered a UCSC-MRAID12G raid controller and also picked up four 16TB drives. The problem is that I keep my servers in the garage all year round. It seems to me that the Scale 22.02.3 has the exact same error as the Scale 22.02.2 had.

In "Apps", the "Launch Docker Image" button is inactive and so is the "Settings" menu.

I installed truenas scale in my old PC and tested the stability. And, the system send me a alert email.
New alerts:

• NTP health check failed - No NTP peers: [{'122.117.253.246': 'REJECT'}, {'60.248.114.17': 'REJECT'}, {'103.169.212.1': 'REJECT'}]

I think that is mean my "NTP synchronized" is no. (I check the timedatectl status)
But, when I try to sync it, the system show it has been masked. So,I can't activate it.

Does someone have same problem?

Hello,

I just installed TrueNAS SCALE in a network without a DHCP server. Therefore I cannot access the GUI with a browser.

It seems to be impossible to configure a static IP address in that case.

When choosing "1 - Configure network interface" I am able to disable the DHCP client but I am not able to configure a static IP address.

Am I missing something? This is so elemental that I am sure I am missing something...
