Questions on my atom C2558 build with Fanless PSU

Hi all,

I'm building the following FreeNAS box:

• Motherboard + CPU: Supermicro MicroATX A1SRM-2558F, $266.67
• Memory: Crucial 16GB Kit (8GBx2) DDR3L 1600MT/s (PC3-12800) DR x8 ECC UDIMM 240-Pin Server Memory, $161.10
• PSU: SeaSonic SS-460 460W Fanless Platinum series, $129
• Case: Fractal Design FD-CA-NODE-804-BL Black, $109

I have two questions:
1. Atom C2558 provides 4 core, max TDP 15W. I'm not sure if this little guy can do a heavy lifting...
