I am going from a 4-bay to a 24-bay enclosure. I am uncertain of the best configuration of my drives. This is for home use: music, movies, pictures, etc. I was thinking I should create an array of maybe 6 disks to hold my media and another set of 4 disks to hold my important data (pictures, home movies, etc).
